At Lace World, we take great care to ensure that each order is meticulously inspected before it is shipped to you. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return or exchange a product. Below, you will find our policy for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Damaged Products

If any of our products arrive damaged, we are committed to making it right for you. You can request a replacement or a full/partial refund within 30 days of receiving the damaged item. To initiate the return or exchange process, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team via support@thelaceworld.com to request a return or exchange due to product damage.
  2. Once your request is approved, you will receive a return address to send the damaged items back to.
  3. We will process the exchange or refund once we have received the damaged items and inspected them.

Sale Items

Please note that sale items are not eligible for a refund. Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returns & Exchanges without Damage

For returns or exchanges that are not related to product damage, we kindly ask that you ensure the products are returned in their original state with no alterations made to any wigs, bundles, or hair extensions. This includes preserving the original packaging, tags, and any other included items. We will be happy to assist you in the return or exchange process for such cases.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
